Where Have All The Reaganites Gone?
The Democratic party has already been hijacked by the socialists. Proof of this simply exists in the occupant living in the White House and his “shadow government” of czars.
But the Republican party is being hijacked by the “inclusionists”. You know who they are. Often referred to as RHINO’s (Republican In Name Only), you can see the likes of them with Colin Powell, Senators Olympia J. Snowe and Susan Collins from Maine (referred to as the RHINO Twins)..
The inclusionists want to water down the Republican Party. They want to stand for nothing. They want the Republic Party to be pro-abortion. And, I believe, their real agenda is that they want the Republican Party to fall flat on its face so the liberal, socialists Democrats can win.
RHINO’s are frequently referred to as “cafeteria conservatives” as they pick and chose which issue best selfishly supports their own interests without first considering the interests of the nation as a whole.
Some call John McCain a RHINO. I don’t. I don’t like some of his offerings. I certainly don’t like the fact that he voted for the stimulus bill. But that doesn’t make him a RHINO. I believe his Republican credentials are fairly solid.
“Some conservatives distrust John McCain and even call him a RINO but he more resembles a true conservative. Key RINO principles; support for gay rights, support for abortion, support for earmarks- John McCain is against those positions. He has always worked in a bi-partisan fashion, reaching across the aisle. That is where he draws the most ire. His duty to country, his sacrifice to country is second to none. His fiscal conservatism, his support for families and a strong military and national defense are in line with conservatives.” Conservapedia
Don’t get me wrong. McCain’s presidential campaign manager, Steve Schmidt, who is a major political loser embarrassment to the Republican party, is surely a RHINO. And if he is not that, he is certainly a secretive operative of the Romney presidential operation. Schmidt’s blast at Sarah Palin by stating her Republican nomination for President in 2012 would be a “catastrophic election” for the GOP is unforgivable. I have to wonder who that guy is working for, the Democrats? With Sarah Palin on that ticket, Schmidt was successful in snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. He had the answer to winning the 2008 election right in his hands with Gov. Palin and he allowed victory to slip away.
Steve Schmidt is a RHINO.
The Republican Party took back party when it stood up and stood for something. This happened when Newt Gingrich started the “Contract with America” in the early to mid-90′s. That ended 40 years of control by the Democratic Party. They (the Republicans) stood for something back then. Then stood for something when Ronald Reagan was our President.
I’m not a Republican cheerleader. I’m an American cheerleader. Right now, at this point in time in the history of the United States of America, we stand at a cross roads. Do we defeat Obama socialism? Do we turn the tide of ultra-liberals who have invaded our halls of justice; halls of congress and media institutions? Do we take a stand and tell the RHINO’s, the socialists, the liberals, and the international radical Muslims “No more!”
At least with a self-proclaimed socialist, you know where they’re coming from. They have their beliefs and they’re not afraid to demonstrate them. I can respect that.
But these RHINO’s. They gotta go. I just can’t stomach them any more. Send them packing. Go to your real home: the socialist Democratic Party.
